He took the entire unit apart to inspect everything, and found that the HVAC was still serviceable. Cris put her home as a priority and was there the next day. It ended up being a solid scavenger hunt of multiple different issues, but he was committed to making sure she and the kids had heat before he left. He isn't upselling or talking over you.
